For state quota seats (85%), candidates must have Rajasthan domicile certificate. All India Quota (15%) seats are open to all Indian nationals regardless of domicile.
Medical Education Dept (Govt of Rajasthan) / RUHS conducts the state quota counselling for MBBS admissions.
Visit the official Medical Education Dept (Govt of Rajasthan) / RUHS portal and register using NEET UG roll number. Fill in personal, academic, and contact details. Upload scanned copies of all required documents.
Submit original documents at designated verification centers. Get documents verified by the authorized officials. Obtain verification certificate for counselling participation.
Login to counselling portal and fill college-course preferences. You can fill unlimited choices. Lock your choices before the deadline.
Seats are allotted based on NEET rank, category, and filled preferences. Check allotment result on official portal. Download allotment letter if seat is allocated.
Report to allotted college within specified time with original documents and allotment letter. Pay admission and course fees. Complete admission formalities.

15% seats are filled through MCC AIQ counselling with reservations as per central government norms: General (Open), SC (15%), ST (7.5%), OBC-NCL (27%), EWS (10%), and PwD (5% horizontal)
Seats are allotted purely on the basis of NEET UG rank, category, and choice preferences filled by candidates. Higher the rank, better the chances of getting preferred college.
Rajasthan conducts multiple rounds of counselling (typically 3-4 rounds). Each round includes fresh registration, choice filling, and seat allotment for vacant seats.
Candidates can opt for upgradation in subsequent rounds. If you get a better college in the next round, your previous seat will be automatically cancelled. Choose "Betterment" option during choice filling.
Once allotted a seat, candidates must report to college within specified time, pay fees, and complete admission. Failure to report will result in forfeiture of seat and security deposit.
Final mop-up round is conducted for remaining vacant seats. This is open to candidates who didn't get seats in previous rounds or who want to upgrade.
