Allotment is based on NEET PG All India Rank (AIR), not percentile. Higher rank gets priority. Category rank is used for reserved seats. Domicile status matters for state quota.
Fill choices carefully considering: (1) Specialty preference, (2) College reputation, (3) Location, (4) Fee structure. Fill maximum possible choices (100+). Order matters - always put dream choices first.
Punjab conducts 2-3 rounds of counselling. Select "Willingness for Upgradation" if you want better college in next round. If upgraded, previous seat is auto-cancelled. Freeze seat only if fully satisfied.
Government medical college admissions may require signing service bond (usually 2-3 years in Punjab). Bond amount varies by specialty. Private colleges generally don't have bond requirements.
